What the guarantee covers

If an account in your order will not log in, or the login, password, email or token is wrong on arrival, we replace it free within 24 hours of delivery. The window gives you time to check your batch while keeping claims tied to the account as we delivered it.

What counts as an invalid account

Invalid means the account does not work as delivered: wrong credentials, a token that fails, or an account already disabled at the moment we handed it over. These are on us, and they are exactly what the replacement is for.

How to request a replacement

Check your accounts as soon as they arrive. If one fails, contact support with your order reference and the line that did not work, and we will issue a replacement from current stock. The faster you check, the smoother the swap.

What is not covered

Accounts that worked on delivery but were later banned through use, changed by you, or locked from repeated failed logins fall outside the guarantee, because the platform acts on how an account is used after handover. Aggressive activity on a fresh account is the most common cause.
